The Center changed me and my life

I am grateful for the tools and skills I received at the Center The staff is amazing world class and the empathy and patience is so important It has changed my life What else can I say Thank you

My experience with the center was great and they gave me tools and skills that I am able to implement into my life easier

I learned many skills and tools for coping

The Center - A Place of Hope exceeded my expectations as far as the material that I learned in classes The DBT skills and the Boundaries classes were the most helpful Some of the other classes for coping with loss were extremely helpful as well I liked the one-on-one counseling and wish I could have had more of that The staff is very caring and very attentive to the needs of the clients The continuous encouragement to use our voices to say what we needed was a good reminder as well Good communication skills and also learning what is okay and what is not okay in a relationship was eye-opening I enjoyed interacting with other clients We were taught how to exercise and eat healthfully I liked the spiritual aspect but one of the spiritual leaders was a little weird and not on target with what I personally believe I like how they teach self-esteem skills but I do wish they would teach self-esteem in the context of identity in Christ and what He did for us Overall my four week experience was a good one My only suggestions would be that I would have liked to have had access to my cell phone on weekends to talk to my family and friends - I see no harm in this I also would have liked a little more down time during the weekday to process what I was learning My re-entry back into the real world after I got home was extremely difficult After talking with other clients that I had made friends with they also had a rough time returning home I would have liked a few follow-up phone calls with The Center to help me through the transition

The place was great I would recommend it to anyone The only disappointment I had was that I was so far away from the gym They need to do something for the Hope house to make the gym more accessible

The Center IS a Place of Hope

I have known the Founder of The Center Dr Greggory Jantz for a number of years and have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with both Dr Jantz and his incredible staff at The Center I have come to know a number of the staff people and am extremely impressed with their knowledge gifts skills and preparatory education to do the work of counseling and advising of all who come for help No matter the issue of the those coming to The Center they will be treated as a special person because they are The deep commitment of the Staff to help those in needs is evident in the time the Staff spend with their clients It is true as people come to The Center for help help can come if they willingly work in concert with the Staff to final solutions and change for their life I feel honored to work with such an amazing group of people I find myself constantly praying for those who do all the hard work of helping others to be all they can be to live happy healthy and productive lives I highly recommend The Center to those who need the help that The Center can give them I must also say there is a sense of God-presence when being a part of all that goes on at The Center I am honored to be one who gets to challenge the Staff from time to time to be the best that they can be It is A Place of Hope and to give HOPE to those in need is one of the most important things any of us can give to others No matter who they are

Making the choice to go to The Center was the best thing I decided to do for myself I didn t come to work on issues from everyone else or for everyone else It was about me and learning how to identify and express my emotions The Center staff is truly genuine and caring Even if someone wasn t on my designated team they were still on my team because they truly cared and wanted to see me succeed Flying 1700 miles from my family was very scary in itself but my housemates and all the other clients really helped me adjust As I went to different shops within Edmonds I was pleased with how nice people were Even with all the rain it still felt like a breath of fresh air Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and everyone of of you at The Center Dr Jantz is as nice as his photo shows He cares about each of us that enter the building Thank you so much for the opportunity to come work with your staff If you are looking for a facility that treats you as a person rather than a statistic give them a call
