Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking My family member is disabled and the only way to get in out of bed to wheelchair is by a ceiling hoist arjo should have serviced it but haven t yet and it s broken down leaving my family member stuck in bed and they say sorry call back tomorrow it s the weekend and you don t have week end cover despite them coming out in the past to fix it Terrible company this is safe guarding issue
