Sorry I had such good results last time I had two servers here but this time around I could only connect 1 time and then the server was no longer visible thru steam

Strugled 24 hours to get the server up but as soon as you restart it dissapeas in battlematrix and in ark then you dont get any responce from the customer support verry dissapointing

Only had the server for a short time Already has crashed and the note from host is S t breaks sometime Will change this review if my later experience is different

Server was not working

Server was working with great features on my rust server but out of know where there was constant map crashes every base was bugged out and all the monuments do not get this server hosting

The customer service is NON existent

The customer service is NON existent Nobody responds You are on your own if you have an issue --What Happened to me-The server would NOT update I had the typical Mod mismatch But even though the server was set to auto update it would not After manually stopping and rebooting several times the error persisted and I could not get in game I needed help There was none I sent several messages and emails and no response I joined their discord but apparently you can t leave a message unless you join the discord NITRO PAID service I could not even ASK them for my money back because they would not respond to my emails I eventually had to call credit card company to deny payment What a Nightmare

My genesis 2 map is having constantly

My genesis 2 map is having constantly lag and every now and thet i get a message when i log in to the control panel the hardware where my server is being hosted is pver loaded And npw my genesis 2 map were laging and restart the server now it doesnt even start up

I have had my server for 4 days now and it broke twice once for 15 hours currently its been 12 hours and still waiting for my server to fix The message I got from the owner is S t breaks sometimes

The lowest price package is pointless

The lowest price package is pointless The server keeps crashing when playing with mods due to it easily reaching the 12Gig maximum ram usage Thus forcing you to take the expensive package just to have a stable and playable experience

Support Unresponsive

I tried to downgrade my 7d2d server after an auto update Granted there FAQ and forums note that they don t support that but that you can do it if you modify the server files Unfortunately I ran into issues and my server got stuck in a contact support state and I wasn t hearing back from support I ve had good experiences in the past and have hosted 7d2d and many ark servers but it might be time to look elsewhere
