The hardware is good Tech support less so

The hardware is good and the pricing is great Just the time it takes to get a response out of the support staff is too long If a game server goes down on a Friday because of a bad patch and the servers on other providers can be manually restarted within an hour to working and it takes ArkServers 3 days Maybe tell your Techies they can work some overtime After all to your customer their server going down over a weekend is a major crisis

server ping seems all over the place at

server ping seems all over the place at certain times of the day i went from the normal plan to the upgrade an it was still a mess even tho i had to wipe everything after i swaped my plan

I ve been around since they opened up

ArkServers io Very first hosting program i ever used I am satisfied the way its set up and rely easy to use And for me most important it is rely cheap compared to all the other hosters i ve seen Thank You

So far I ve nothing to complain about

I ve been around since they opened up pretty much and they ve been decent at fixing issues and increasing their capabilities Lag free for Ark is quite nice Can have people play from anywhere in the world it seems with decent ping The price makes it 100 worth it I will increase to 5 stars once some bugs are fixed and some minor features added

Good server hosting

So far I ve nothing to complain about which is a first with any game hosting service provider Servers run great and while there is one complaint is that I d like to run all my servers for the various games I work with here Not going to give it 5 stars as I ve yet had to work with their support team as nothing has broken

Reliable servers and easy to use settings Prices aren t bad and the support is quick to respond

Over the past 7 to 8 months I have really enjoyed the Ark server and how easy it is to set up The only reason why its 4 stars is i wish there was a way to have less than 60 set players I would be lucky to have 20 players in at a time

Everything has been awesome

it is a great service and is quick and easy but i dont give it 5 stars because before it was a little bit cheaper
