Everything has been awesome but I have to deduct a star for a couple email interactions where the rep just did not understand what I was asking

I honestly adore the hosting service the user interface is easy to use and straightforward It s not 5 stars is for two reasons One I canceled my server as no one was playing for a while recently came back and prepaid enough for almost a year Had a small credit as well Site kept saying I had an unpaid bill and to check the Account page as to why except the Account page showed I owed nothing It stayed like this for about 30 or so minutes before clearing itself out Two I had an incompatible mod in a very large list of mods and spent the better part of 4 or 5 hours having to turn the server off and on while adding mods in one or two at a time until I found the culprit I was a hair s breath away from requesting a refund several times I understand that the software doesn t produce logs the company can share but it would be very very nice if they tried to code it so it did

Prices are great the ability to customize is super easy and just great it s been a super smooth ride so far setting up a cluster is ridiculously fast and easy I can use filezilla for the servers so that s great aswell My cluster is hosted in Europe yet I have 4 american players and 1 from Asia and none of them are complaining about connection issues I don t even know how that s possible but you wont see me complaining Now I would totally give arkservers io 5 stars but the reason I won t is because they don t support ArkAPI but that won t stop me from using this hosting company One more thing is that when contacting them you don t have the classic checkboxes of priority levels so sometimes it can take a little while to get a response that being said I never had to wait for more than 12 hours normally the response time is very fast

Oh my this game has sucked me in since march 7 22 After adding a couple of mods to improve gameplay I didn t want to weigh my PC down so I join Arkservers io after shopping around Setup and management are a breeze I was in the game playing in minutes with my mods installed ready to go Arkserversio didn t let me down at all I would recommend them to anyone wanting to start their Ark journey

I like the server easy to manage set up The only thing is lacking is an easy way to block dinos from spawning or block blue prints from being learned Like specific ones For example if i want people to be able to tame flying dinos but not to ride them i wish i could block the saddles from being learned I know there are ini settings for that but not everyone is tech savvy Being tech friendly is what i love the most about this provider

I have always had a very good experience with Arkservers io and their interface is incredibly easy to use for beginners and experienced server owners alike The ability to control settings and mods all in one place makes it so simple to maintain a server and the error preflight system allows you to easily troubleshoot when things go wrong However there was the promise of being able to eventually host a minecraft server which had never came to be Years we waited for that promise to be fulfilled and yet they just took the minecraft coming soon option down Sad but perhaps it was for a reason Still Arkservers io is the only server hoster that I would use to run an Ark server and I have greatly enjoyed their services

ArkServers has been used by me for around a month I only stopped because I didn t have anyone to play with I highly recommend them because from my experience they had a discord server you could join you could have a custom subdomain website and their prices were cheap Thank you ArkServers and thank you everyone for reading this

Makes hosting a game server easy Customer service gets back to you in a timely manner and is very helpful Pretty user friendly interface Could use a couple additional features but overall happy with my experience thus far

Server hosting here has been great with faster restarts than I ve had with other hosts It s way easier to handle mods for Ark here than my last host My only issue is the servers don t seem to be happy a lot of the time even with only a small group of players playing on them I ve had weird performance spikes that have ended up with players teleporting all over the map and my server shutting itself off due to RAM limitations despite somehow only 1 of members encountering this I don t consider what I m running to be beefy at all so I m surprised the host cannot handle it

Very easy to use server provider They give easy to read option pages for custom setup on games like Ark and most mods are downloadable onto the server through their website without needing to go through a remote program Only reason this isn t 5 stars is sometimes it takes a while to update and sync files after a steam update and customer service typically takes a while to respond to tickets Other than that they ve been super great to work with
