Thank you to Dan and Frank for an astonishingly good service Friendly tidy and over and done with in no time at all This company offers the best product on the market at a very reasonable cost Dan and Frank explained everything and were a pleasure to work with I must recommend Arrow Insulation most heartily

This company is outstanding I made contact with Andrew and discussed our need for Cavity Wall insulation Our house was surveyed the same day and a cost given The work was done a few days later by an excellent team Excellent communication and excellent service I can t recommend this company enough

Quick efficient friendly

The team today were quick and efficient Pleasingly they repaired the holes with mortar the same colour as our original They arrived within their specified time slot and cleared up well Arrow communicated well throughout the process including a reminder of their approaching visit

Amazing service at affordable prices

From the very first contact with Andrew I knew we were in good hands He was kind friendly and above all knowledgeable It was plain to see he cared about his customers and believed in his products Due to our situation he firstly fitted us in by supplying and laying loft insulation at the earliest opportunity This was followed by collapsed and out dated cavity wall insulation extraction and re fill of beads Every member of staff I had contact with was polite friendly and knowledgeable Every appointment was adhered to and always on time All were very proud to work for arrow insulation and always spoke in a positive manner This was a very positive experience at competitive prices completed by people who cared I cannot speak highly enough of this company and would recommend them to family and friends

Service as it should be

Excellent service from enquiry to completion I was a little uneasy about having cavity wall insulation installed - however following the survey and the comprehensive information provided I was fully confident with proposed work and very happy with the price The two installers Lee and Shaun were quick careful thorough and efficient - could not fault their workmanship - two really helpful and pleasant guys who explained fully the process they were undertaking- and they left the place clean and tidy A great service throughout

Lee Sean

We had Lee and Sean insulate our house today They arrived on time and soon got to work I have rarely seen two people work so efficiently together they seemed to know exactly what each was supposed to do They were very knowledgable and explained all I asked They were very tidy and I don t think I could have had a better pair working on the job

Loft and Cavity Wall Insulation

Arrow were recommended to me From my initial contact they came out quickly to survey the property and I received a quote on the same day very efficient The admin ladies at the company are lovely to deal with and got me booked in Lee Graham were friendly and explained everything They did a thorough job tidied up and made sure I was happy I am very pleased overall and would highly recommend this company

Cavity extraction and there was insulation

We used Arrow to remove the old insulation in our cavities as it was not working and causing damp They then filled with Thermabead So far it s a warmer home and no more damp We got a 25 year guarantee as well Nice guys and good communication I d happily recommend them

Thermabead cavity wall insulation

I wanted Thermabead cavity wall insulation installing in our house as ot appears to be a really good quality product and Arrow are one of the few installers in our area After contacting them I had a visit from Matt who seemed really knowledgeable and clear on the work to be done and I received the quote a day later Within a couple of weeks Lee and Shaun came round and had the cavity wall insulation completed within a few hours We went through the work before they started so we were all clear on what to expect and before they left they cleared any mess that was made The proof of how much of a difference it made will be seen in a couple of months when the winter sets in All in all very pleased with the service

Outstanding service

We decided to install cavity wall insulation and contacted Arrow on the basis of their reviews Andy the surveyor came within a few days and did a very thorough assessment of the house The construction requires the upper storey cavities to be accessed from inside the house Dan and Frank arrived this morning dead on 8am having left Portsmouth at 6 They were incredibly pleasant and cheerful knew what they were about and devised a plan to minimise intrusion and mess They worked hard and completed the job in 4 1 2 hours which was impressive There was very little mess but what there was they cleaned up very thoroughly Overall it has been an extremely positive experience and you could not meet a nicer group of people respectful of us and our home I can recommend them without any reservation at all
