Delivery driver was helpful and kept me informed about delivery times Furniture takes time to assemble but the instructions are clear and the furniture is of good quality

Delivery on time guys were very respectful and polite Wardrobe easy to build Loads of storage space and very sturdy

Beautiful The wardrobe looks fabulous in my new bedroom I was kept informed on delivery details almost daily and the packages arrived early than that given with the order Assembly instructions very clear and no problems although the build time was much longer than that quoted in the booklet even though it was made up by professionals Very happy with purchase and would have no problems in reccomending it to others

Great experience they were delivered on time and easily tracked they were checked before the drivers left to make sure they weren t damaged The wardrobes were difficult to put together as instructions are very detailed and screws aren t in individual bags but the look amazing now they are finished and up Couldn t recommend enough

Furniture is good value The customer experience was good Enquiry emails regarding the process to schedule the delivery were answered promptly and the delivery was seamless and the delivery agents were friendly The only improvement I see would be if the delivery extra charge for delivery on non-ground floor could be paid online instead of cash upon delivery but this is a minor issue

Excellent product and service Very sturdy wardrobe which looks superb in situSlight issue with the construction instructions Some of the pictures could have been clearer and labelling the major parts would help enormously

Brilliant company to deal with the choice of furniture is outstanding Prices are reasonable considering the great quality of the products I had ordered items from the Arden bedroom collection and had asked if it was possible to order extra parts of the wood as someone was going to make a radiator cover to match They went above and beyond and got me the parts from the manufacturer Highly recommend this company
