A customer service joke

The company gives the impression of being UK based but communication comes from Holland I ordered goods and the amount was paid for but was then told that the order was under their minimum amount the amount was recredited to my account Annoyed that this was allowed to happen will not deal with this company again

Still waiting for product

Monies were taken on the 09 12 13 it is now 21 12 13 and stil no christmas tree baskets I have ordered 2 and paid for them I m very upset with the long wait

Not such a bargain

Thought I was getting a good deal on an outside tree until I was slapped with import charges Don t be fooled by the co uk website Coming from Holland it also estimated no import duty payments but ended up costing another 60 Definitely not as cheap as it seems if ordering to the U K
