Lovely tree but does not fold over as shown on the TV

The tree is very pretty and arrived in a very study box The lights work well and the remote control is helpful However we bought the tree because on the TV it shows a Christmas tree being folded over for easy storage and then easily folded into its full height again when needed but the tree we received does not fold over it pulls apart like a normal Christmas tree This was disappointing and we would not have purchased the tree had we known as it was quite expensive However the tree is very nice so we are enjoying it nonetheless

I placed my order mid November Tracking shows it still hasn t been picked up from your warehouse Update The tree arrived the next day earlier than promised Apparently the fault lies with the delivery company that didn t update its tracking information Lovely tree

Can t wait for Christmas

Was easy to order and pay for our tree but then to only see delivered on the Balsem Hill website gave me a little panic attack since our tree was not yet delivered Maybe change that to deliver to courier company Rest of the process was easy enough logging into Hunter express and tracking the delivery We are so happy with our tree It is beautiful very realistic looking we can t wait for Christmas

Be aware when you pay for your new tree

I selected the tree I purchased because of the size or spread of the foliage at the base and of course it looked good I don t have a lot of room in my living room where the tree will be located over the Christmas New Year period What did catch me by surprise was that when I was checking my credit card bank statement I had been hit with an International Transaction fee Although the web site had an AU at the end of its address the bank account I paid into was not in Australia despite the web address having as I said AU at its end People in Aus should be aware of this

Happy with purchase

Purchase was received within the expected delivery time although I had difficulty with the tracking - kept saying my tracking number was incorrect Because we purchased post Christmas can t really tell you how happy we are with the tree - we did quickly set it up just to make sure lights worked etc and even without fluffing out the branches it looks lovely

Delivery driver

The tree is amazing and we are more than happy with the appearance and quality of it Our only concern was the delivery driver left the tree at our front door and we weren t home leaving it vulnerable to theft As we were required to sign for the delivery I thought it would have been taken back to the depo for us to collect

A beautiful tree Packaged well Handy bag to store Great gloves I thought it would be fuller more bushy and wider I would liked the size up but at 200 more it was way beyond my reach

Website was easy to use delivery was quick Tree is packaged very well instructions and set up was easy Comes with replacement bulbs and storage bags Overall the tree is very full and the built in lights are great Very happy with the purchase My only negative comment would be regarding the built in lights as there is only one setting on I think the lights should at least have options for flickering lights hence the 4 stars Thank you
