Excellent service and can t fault the Christmas tree I bought it is beautiful and looks so real excellent quality and very good value for the cost and was packaged well I have not seen one anywhere in the UK that could match it Was very dubious about ordering from abroad and sceptical because it was so cheap but went ahead and took the risk I worried for no reason Sent an email about tracking my delivery and got a very good and quick response would use royal again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Christmas tree

Ordered my tree on the 28th of October at around 14 00 hours and received it 18 00 hours on the 31st Was able to track the order all the way form the Netherlands to Scotland Communication email was maintained all the time The actual time of delivery was sent by email and was accurate The product was as described and arrived in good condition A fantastic company to deal with and they use a very efficient courier service

Fantastic service ordered Thursday afternoon received tracking all the way to Uk arrived perfect monday morning have shopped around for a wide chunky tree in the Uk an let s face it they are pretty on the thin poky size even returned one from a Uk website as looked fab in pictures but was quite pathetic looking once It arrived but not this Christmas tree I ordered the large flocked tree and as fussy as I am the quality is amazing along with super quick delivery very impressed Thankyou Royal Christmas x
