Excellent service and can t fault the Christmas tree I bought it is beautiful and looks so real excellent quality and very good value for the cost and was packaged well I have not seen one anywhere in the UK that could match it Was very dubious about ordering from abroad and sceptical because it was so cheap but went ahead and took the risk I worried for no reason Sent an email about tracking my delivery and got a very good and quick response would use royal again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Christmas tree

This is a fantastic company to deal with Their customer service is undoubtably one of the best I have come across I had ordered the wrong tree and they couldn t have been more helpful replacement tree was ordered and refund was actioned same day as tree received The quality of both items was much better than on the high st Would recommend to all Katie

We ordered a new Yorker Christmas tree and I must say the quality is great We went for 6ft one As soon as I opened the box I was impressed Just as advertised even better in real life The tree is quite wide tho and althou the measurements are listed i just didn t realise it will be as wide but it looks great and thats the main thing Great value too compared to high street choices of similar yet not as great quality product The only downside was that the box came slightly torn and damaged but still i would dfinitely recommend Fast delivery too tree arrived within two working days which is faster than some if not most uk companies for this kind of product

I searched the entire Internet trying to find a company that would deliver an artifical tree to Spain and was running out of ideas until I found this site The service was great the tree arrived with no problems in around a week and I will be shortly putting it together I can t say at this stage what the tree looks like up but it looks very good in the box so fingers crossed Many thanks
