We have owned four pre-lit Balsam Hill Christmas trees of various sizes over three decades I have never been disappointed with the products or the customer service which has been excellent

Balsam Hill GREAT FEDEX SOOO BAD

Ordered products were great and as expected delivered a day early FEDEX not so good My driveways long but also very wide The FEDEX DRIVER decide to unload my parcels at the end of my drive less than a car length in on muddy wet gardens I was very upset my packages could have easily been stolen FEDEX NO STARS

Easy to order was packaged carefully fast shipping And the BEST is that all of the large snow globes I ordered are awesome They will make great Christmas gifts and even better keepsakes for years to come

Everything in the commercial is completely true The product is superior as well as the packaging directions and additional parts Their price is definitely high end but I know that this product will last for years and it has given me incredible pleasure and a peaceful feeling at this special holiday time

I love the large ornament storage container on wheels This is my 2nd one and they are wonderful I can get so many ornaments in these Usually more than you say I highly recommend this to anyone who loves Christmas as much as I do and have thousands of ornaments

A Few Glitches But Still a Favorite

We have made purchases with Balsam Hill over the years because of the elegance of the design Last year one item outdoor giant Merry Christmas balls was damaged when it arrived but it was our fault for not writing to BH or asking for a replacement It was too tasking and time-consuming for us to write a complaint then put the items back in the boxes and arrange to send them back The Slim Silverado Christmas tree with thousands of lights is elegant and will be one of our favorite purchases ever The ornament Christmas light organizer is such a game-changer- it made my decorating storage breezy The Santa sleigh with the reindeer Christmas topper that spins around is so cute but I think the motion makes the tree top from side to side The LED Wreath brightens up my porch For this year the branches of one of the two swags started falling I was hoping that for the price even if on sale it would be sturdy since it s supposed to be great for outdoors The garland hanger is simply elegant Overall we think Balsam Hill is truly an elegant store They got the tree perfect but I hope for better quality control on other products
