Waiting 3 weeks for help with a copyright dispute

After my copyright dispute was rejected on youtube I reached out to Artlist for help with a resolution 3 weeks later and they are still asking me to just wait So far this process has cost me a substantial amount in lost revenue and not good enough from Artlist I have now had to mute the clip just to re-monetise I would not recommend Artlist for royalty-free music as their customer service is terrible

CANT REFUND MONEY

I signed up for Arlist io last year September 9 2023 my account automatically renewed its payment status for 2024 However I no longer need to create videos I want to cancel my subscription and refund according to the policy that Artlist posted on your website Your account renewed but you won t be creating or publishing videos You qualify for a refund if Payment was made within the last 14 daysNo assets were downloaded or used in a project Artlist io s Refund Policy I m in this Situation I Sent request email message in FB message in Instagram but I don t get anny respond I want to know Exactly When I get back my money Thanks

No tefund

I tried to cancel my subscription before the 14 days were up but could not I did receive a note from admin saying that the cancel button has been reinstated so I was able to cancel as I am no longer doing my photography business right now I have not been refunded my 125 00 dollars from another years subscription

Don t you pay for the rest of your life Your bad luck

I am satisfied relatively But by chance I found out now and they should inform you when you create an account that the stinkers won t let you use what you paid for after canceling the contract I just wanted to change from a monthly payment to an annual one because it will be cheaper and there is a sentence that reads as follows Your channel will be claimed if it contains our music and you no longer have an active account What if I want to keep videos that I have already deleted and I only have them on YouTube do I have to pay for life That is outrageously rude And it s pretty f up

Not worth a subscription

Ridiculous first of all epidemic sound has much better music Second Epidemic sound gives you a REAL trial mode when you cn try out some of their music you give that watermarked stuff I d never subscribe to you

Pay them for a subscription which is worthless

I ve paid an annual subscription which should allow me to use the music I ve selected for YouTube content The last two videos I ve uploaded to my channel have had claims of copyright against them from Artist So I m ineligible to monetise even though I ve paid artlist This has had a significant impact on my channel growth I m so angry but of course I can t speak to nobody at Artlist to resolve this I don t know what to do I m considering legal action I ve worked so hard on my content and it s being blocked

I wanted to like Artlist

I wanted to like Artlist sadly every video I use any of their tracks gets copyclaimed 9 times out of 10 the claim is cleared quickly but it destroys your CPM Using Artlist has cost me a lot of money I do not recommend if you have a monetized channel

VERY DISHONEST Company DO NOT subscribe You will regret it

Apart from my previous post about them licensing content that gets striked they also run Fake Competitions promising iphones and drones to winners who enter and announcing that winners will be announced on December 26th After December 26th No word from them about the winners When I ask on their istagram page what about the competition and who were the winners they block me and try to pass off the competition as though creators just shared their experiences

Tried with 7 different tracks on Tiktok and got copyright strike every time Not so bad on Youtube but there were also a couple of strikes there Do not pay for this if you don t want to re edit your video tons of time before you finally find a track you can use
