Their website sucks including their so called customer service Whats the point of having songs if you cant even use them in your meditation videos terrible website very misleading I wont be signing up pathetic tricky website

HUGE SCAM - BAIT N SWITCH - DO NOT BUY

SCAM THE DAY YOU SIGN UP THEY GIVE YOU THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD 30 SONGS about 3 days later they remove your access and start sending your songs with AUDIO JUNGLE AND STUPID VOICE-OVERS OVER the songs Every 10-15 second a voice comes over the song and say AUDIO MUSIC REIMAGINED Ive contacted them 3x sending screenshots of my invoice and there reply was im not apart of some group that offers rights to the songs SUPER SHADY I ve had to contact PayPal and filed a fraud claim to get a refund

Their pricing was wrongfully listed on their website I subscribed at 60 yr and got charged 60 mo Even after providing screenshots to King Dipshit Niall he was still condescending after they changed their price listings

Would not honor the free trial period and has nowhere on the site to cancel your free trial period You can see their smug response below being able to listen to the watermarked songs on their webpage is the free trail Really So what s the 14 day part then You can t leave contact information on a review so their request below to let them know how to contact me is a troll response I emailed them with a request for a refund and never heard back from them

Awful This company doesn t care about corporate ethics They have bought Motion Array and taken the author s money to themselves leaving a few percentages for authors that are not even enough to buy food You will never return your reputation Thousands of authors will write reviews every day Yes juridically you can change the agreement as you want But what about the new agreement We haven t given permission to sell our old works with the new royalty model We authors are consulting with lawyers and hope we will see each other in court soon You can stop the war that you have begun by canceling the new royalty model or giving fair levels with earning percentages

It seems to charge you monthly but the fine print says yearly subscription Also the Terms and Services is hidden deep and unequal The tracks you download has a disgusting female voiceover every 10 or 20 seconds saying the websites name Artlist IO and Music licensing reimagined NEVER PAY THEM DON T FALL FOR IT I NEARLY FELL FOR IT UNTIL I READ ITS TOS AND FORTUNATELY I DID NOT EVEN PAY THEM A CENT The good and excellent reviews are all fake

Site constantly has issues when I need to download a track Also I heard they rip off artists I can t believe they allow commercial usage with so little going to artists By being an artist with ArtList you are jeopardizing the industries value in what good music costs Using a track in professional commercials and films should cost 500-5000 per track Art list charges 200 a year for unlimited tracks

Extremely limited music catalogue

The Artlist catalogue is incredibly limited There is hardly any variety on what kind of music is on offer I produce documentaries and I have wasted hours and hours trying to find appropriate tracks There is barely anything that I can use from Artlist The options are Cinematic Cinematic or more Cinematic I think will check out Epidemic Sound instead Do not waste your money and most importantly your time on Artlist

This website has been confirmed officially fraud Had to have my bank MANUALLY block any attempt of this cheating website from booking money off my credit card as there is literally NOT A SINGLE WAY to cancel the subscription Can provide proof if necessary Have messaged these scammers multiple times without any success Do not trust
