Quality of music is okay but the

Quality of music is okay but the catalog is small and not enough different styles to warrant spending an annual amount like they charge Also the site itself has a lot of glitches and issues that make buying frustrating Disappointed but you get what you pay for

Not Trustworthy and Poor Music

I ve been using Artlist for a year and have to say that it s average at best The music selection is limited and it s super rare to find a good song It would take me hours to find a decent song to use and while searching their library I felt like I was being shown the same songs over and over BE AWARE upon trying to cancel my subscription I realised that there is no way to cancel your automatic payment method directly with ARTLIST They make it incredibly difficult to cancel and I definitely won t be using their service again Felt like I ve been scammed

Not all music white-listed on YouTube Facebook

Some music gets flagged on websites because you don t have the rights to a song Artlist literally has one job Some of my video s for clients now receive ads because of this Also no response to my emails regarding this issue

Artlist is a great site with high

Artlist is a great site with high quality tracks but their customer service is pretty lousy They pride themselves on their simplicity yet when I m supposing a legal issue prevented them from offering to any business larger than 100 people their customer service really approached the issue poorly I received several passive aggressive emails about needing to have a meeting Then when we met they approached the meeting almost as if I had done something wrong When it was made clear I would need another license for the company I work for the price went from 200 a year to 10 000 Just tell me you can t offer services anymore They also do a good job of hiding their unsubscribe button which is irritating as they keep bothering me to attend to my account So at the end of the day great product - lousy service

Non-Licensed music sold as Licensed Music

I purchased an account through them to upload skating videos on tiktok and on youtube Linked both accounts While the audio does work on Youtube 95 of it gets flagged as being copywritten but it still allows me to use it in the videos Tiktok however 99 99 of the audio shows it as copy-written material and it mutes the audio I spend far longer trying to find a song that actually works with tiktok than I spend in a week editing actual video footage
