Incredible product I am able to find fabulous songs and sound effects for my YouTube videos Great variety Having said that the customer service is beyond fabulous They are quick to reply and resolve any situation that may need a real human being I recently had a copyright claim on a video and Artlist io was quick to help me resolve it The claim has been removed Completely painless experience To say I am blown away by their customer service is simply an understatement

I subscribed for artlist since 1 year you get above excellent quality of songs very nice lisence systemThe customer support was very very good I had some issues in the end of my subscribtion and they help me and follow my problem until it was completly solved If I only want something I would say I want monthly subscription And also keep in mind any song u download download the license right away cause of subscription finished u can t download it

Great Support and High Quality

I needed some help to upgrade my subscription and reached out to them by e-mail Got very quick replies great support and a 2 month bonus I ve compared Artlist to platforms like Envato Elements and while Artlist has less quantity they compensate for that with quality Their footage gives much less Stock vibes Sure other sites may have more quantity but honestly most of that quantity is just trash Artlist is especially better for film-making due to often having cinematic lighting in their videos Also their music is high tier and their licensing is easier to use compared to Envato Elements where you have to manually handle copyright claims and upload licenses for e g Youtube If you have multiple social media accounts you know how annoying this is In short downsides Less number of assets about 10 times less videos than Envato slightly higher price and no Davinci Resolve templates Upsides Much higher quality footage and music compared to other sites easier licensing with less hassle

Artlist is the best music license platform

I can t comprehend the negative reviews I think Artlist is fantastic and I ve already discovered many great songs Furthermore the customer support responds super quickly and is very reliable Okay yes it s a bit inconvenient that you have to cancel the subscription via email that could perhaps be improved but otherwise I ve never had any issues On the contrary I also had the Artgrid subscription and forgot to cancel it because I no longer needed it Of course it automatically renewed which happened but you can also reverse it within 14 days if you don t want the subscription and haven t downloaded any content during that time It went smoothly for me and I received the refund within a day in my account So the customer support is fantastic One idea for the future I often have songs by well-known and big artists in mind like Calvin Harris or Taylor Swift Perhaps you could integrate a feature where you can find songs in a similar style when you enter the star performers in the search bar to discover songs that match the style That would be cool

Bad first experience but great customer service

My journey with Artlist didn t start well and got me really frustrated Despite subscribing I couldn t access any services I just gave up thinking my subscription didn t go through But after 3 months I found out that my account had been charged 3 times I decided to reach out to their customer support They answered that same day and investigated right away They have quickly found the issued it turned out that I had initially logged in through my Facebook account which is linked to a different email than my primary Gmail account Anyway they kindly offered me another 3 months subscription Now I am reassured and I know that Artlist has a reliable team ready to solve any problem For that reason I am happy to continue my journey with them
