Had them for just about a year Just came across my first issue with a copyright infringement error on YouTube and customer service responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly even with it being a holiday weekend Really pleased with the service

The quality of the music is just surpass by premiumbeat so its really good Also the Customer Service is great and fast The only inconvenience is the lack of footage sfx and pluguins The Max account is too expensive in compartisson to other libraries that has even more items But the content you find is really good its just about the lack amount of it

One of the best support I ve had so far The subscription automatically renewed in March and since the subscription was used by another employee that left the company we saw that only in April when we got word from our financial dept Just opened a chat with them and in 5 minutes the subscription was cancelled and the payment from March refunded Really impressed
