I had received emails from artlist io and whilst I had responded I continued to receive another email of the same nature I was very concerned but then wondered if it was authentic as I had responded to the earlier email As such I reached out to Artlist through the chat The chat bot linked me to a customer service representative who was helpful and immediately addressed my concerns Thank you Niall
