Overall my experience was very positive The only negative I have to say was I had sent images of documentation which you didn t receive I wasn t aware you hadn t received them and only found out when I rang to enquire about something else this led to a delay in my disc being sent Other than that I was very happy with everything else

Moved to acorn indurance last year Couldnt be happier with the service i got on the ph lovely people in the office couldnt do enough for me I would have gave a 5star rating and i didnt and the one reason i didnt give 5stars was WELL MY POLICY WENT UP COMPARED TO LAST YEAR Wasnt a hole lot but when insurance claims are coming down Company s are ment to be passing to customers All in all delighted with the service i got Keep up the fantastic work

From the minute my call was answered I found the advisor to be knowledgeable friend and very helpful i work full time so find it hard to get time to take calls but Arron stuck with me till I was happy with the cover i went for and would be very happy to deal with him again great to see such customer service

Much better deal than my previous insurer Was dealing with Aaron who was excellent and any of the other staff I was talking to were very pleasant Only complaint was my disc didn t arrive for nearly 3 weeks Would have been 5 stars only for that

I got the call to do a quote I had got lots of quotes and all were crazy This lovely girl from Claremorris was very professional and was working from home but no one would know She give me a lot more cover than the one I had and even thought it was 10euro extra after a discount I felt she was so professional I took the policy She covered the payment options and left nothing unturned
