Insurance renewal - good experience

Received initial renewal early and the received follow-up emails and texts Rang to make changes to my policy didn t have to wait long in the queue person answering the phone was very courteous and friendly provided me with quotes and various options She saved my preferred option and let me think about she was not pushy at all When calling back to go ahead with renewal and asking for her I got to talk to her she had everything saved and reconfirmed my options Again she wasn t pushy My new policy arrived within days and I am pleased with the service and the price Thanks Sinead
