I requested more credit line on my account due to my truck run 24 7 and got denied 2100 week is not enough instead I have to use a different fuel card

Good card but vendor issues

I love that the fuel card comes out the week after which gives you a chance to get paid before they collect the fuel amount The only issue I have is that certain vendors will only allow you to get a limited amount of fuel The fuel card is good otherwise

Website is slow Logging off takes at least 3 clicks plus the additional wait time needed for webpage to refresh after each click

I was told that I would have access to

I was told that I would have access to a dashboard app that allow customers to compare gas prices I contact to inform them that I didn t have access to this feature and no one did anything

Change is not always good It can make or brake you

Like when I could purchase my oil and pay for company thing for my truck But when the changes took place it made it nothing but a fuel card Like every other card It s a good card but need to go back to the old way It was more useful the old way

Started out great now the card cutting off at my favorite fueling spots I hope this get fixed sooner than later The App gives out bad information doesn t show the money saved or the correct fuel prices before I get to my refueling stop It seems like the fueling station pointing the figure at AtoB and AtoB pointing the figure at them Great card just now starting to have these lil issues which are thorns in my backside Especially when I m in the middle of no where

Feature Lite - Very little fuel discounts

Their web and app interface is very user friendly 5 stars for that However That is about where the joy ends AtoB is feature lite There is very little security on the cards Anyone can use them There is no security at the pump No codes to enter You cannot even enter mileage Therefore there is security or reporting ability at the pump Speaking of reports there are none in the interface I mean zip Zilch Nada Not even the ability to find out how much gas we have purchased in a given month We can print off statements and manually get the information I suppose but not having a simple reporting function that can aggregate the information that is already present is not acceptable The discounts we get are small mostly 02 to 03 per gallon Basically they are issuing you a credit card and then giving you a few cents off a gallon Big deal
