BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY They don t give you the savings they claim to save per gallon They say that there s all these savings but it s just a scam to get you to sign up for all their premier garbage memberships On top of that they add things to your account without telling you Then they nickel and dime you for every additional service They reeled me in with 05 cents per gallon then silently took it away without any notice Now if I want any savings I have to have all my drivers download their app so they can data mine all my employees NOT HAPPENING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I WILL BE CHANGING GAS CARD COMPANIES ASAP

Horrible fuel card company never wanted

Horrible fuel card company never wanted to work with them in future they just always charge extra money and they never give you discounts and whatever the discount we get at gas stations they keep with them and charge you full payment and most important they deduct the money from your account without any notification and no proper communication with the customer when they have to sell the fuel cards they talk very good and after you have their services they just know how to get extra money from your customers

Took sensitive data 2 months ago and wont respond now

I am currently either being scammed by AtoB or they are very very bad at communication I have sent them all of my business info and bank account info as requested by two different people in email and have been ghosted ever since And there is no way at all to get in touch with anyone to find out why I cant get an answer after sending out sensitive information RUN AWAY

They don t work with their customer

They over charge and don t work with their customers Switched accounts one time and they practically made us give them 7000 that wasn t due instead of payment amount to reactivate They re only interesting in money and do not care about their customers We had been spending thousands of dollars since opening the account and literally switched the bank accounts and they were not willing to help in no way

I ve reached out ot your support team

I ve reached out ot your support team multiple times from two companies that I own The first Team Phun is having an ok experience however not getting a response from an inquiry is not a good representation of your customer support The second company Jingle Bulbs is awaiting confirmation after months of follow ups and my personal bank records being submitted along with various corporate documentation Without some form of response I ll be asking our operations team to look for a new gas card vendor

This company is off to a bad start had a conversation via text and was suppose to get back to me via email after escalation but never happened Company apparently don t care I will keep this account and allow them to report the six dollars a month fees that they charge for both cards as I won t order more or make any purchases on this account I get 5 percent back on gas from visa which I will be using

I have been a loyal customer over 2 yrs and now my account has been changed without even informing me to 0 net terms which to me does not make since to even have this service if there is no credit given therefore I am not satisfied at all

Do not get this card

Do not get this card I ve only had negative experiences w them and their unethical business practices Be aware that if you decide to use their services and are unhappy they cannot close the account right away Instead customer service tells you they have to email the request and then I will have to wait to see if it gets approved I had to close my bank account so they couldn t take anymore of my money in the meantime

This company disconnect my account after 1 missed payment wow and turn around and ask me to add funds with a debit card after years of on time payments put me in a bad spot I wouldn t recommend this card to anyone
