Payment Options

Since I ve been with AtoB I always felt I paid you guys more money than I actually spent in gas Additionally I think it s absurd that you don t have an option for monthly payments

Used to be a 5 star however since I ve had this card changes been occurring everyday When they stop me from using my card to purchase snack while getting gas I m no longer interested

When you sign up they say you spend and other features will open up Well that isn t the case very misleading You can only buy fuel no tires or other trucking repairs Just say fuel only no reason to say anything else

Y all gave perks once I got all the perks y all took away without notifying me Witch caused one of my drivers to be stranded you guys really false advertising it s one of the main reasons I m trying to get a different card now

I Totally understand your company

I Totally understand your company policies about the cards however you gave me no chance to make things right Then your web page doesn t clearly give the option to select debit payment I sent my payment via the bank account on file now I have to wait to reactive my cards Yes it was my fault however I ve paid double the amount you deactivated them for Never had i had trouble with a payment and I expected that to count for something

AtoB clearly has some very piercing

AtoB clearly has some very piercing issues to work out My company has never missed a payment nor had an unpaid invoice However I simple error caused our account to be suspended I am clearly NOT happy with this company s product nor their service

Not start-up friendly

They are no longer start-up friendly I left two stars because yes they do report to a business credit bureau Minus 3 stars because they suggested I wait 3 months before applying because my new business bank account doesn t reflect revenue revenue from my newly formed LLC that is I spent the better half of a decade as an independent contractor but that income is insufficient True I could ve done a better job at separating personal and business banking with my 1099 income Even still I am not going to wait 3 months to build business credit with them Since carrying a balance was not alluring for me in the first place I am used to paying debit for gas at the pump it s easy for me to move on to a more new business friendly company

False advertising and no management teams to correct simple visa overrides

I wanted to use the card to report my vehicle rentals as they are good chunk of my businesses expenses No one has power to override the merchant categories so Drive Sally app is listed as technology not a car rental They deny it and make me wait like they are going to fix the issue They call back simply stating I am SOL when card clearly states car rentals and vehicle business expenses clearly on its marketing I even called twice before attempting and was told it would be no problem Lol

We left our previous gas card company

We left our previous gas card company because it only offered paying gas charges After waiting AtoB told us they were opening our account for other charges-carwash oil changes etc then next day they said sorry your not approved yet We waited again until they finally told us we were approved again but to date I still get notices that my drivers are declined for those services we were supposed to finally be approved for

As things continue to improve We could not narrow the camera zone for tailgating It calls out cars in next lane as tailgating No resolution
