Arrangement was for a birthday Were not delivered on day scheduled 17 calls to customer service given nothing but run around Flowers were suppose to be delivered 29 hours ago and still not delivered Over promise and Under deliver nothing but excuses and lies

SCAM Yea

In addition to the fact that the ordering process was very complicated and they don t even except Canadian credit cards I paid over 150 and they delivered nothing and they lied about it multiple times They lied and told me they had a conversation with the recipient about what time to deliver it then the shipping company gave a fake delivery confirmation Customer beware this is a scam company

My order was supposed to be delivered Friday the 15th still have not received made several phone calls not helpful at all they kept giving me the run around about my order and they refused to give me a refund my last phone call I made the customer service rep hung up on me I do not recommend Order number 10999743

This company is a scam

This company is a scam DO NOT CALL THEM I ordered flowers and there was a new excuse each time for why it wasn t delivered When I requested a refund I was on the phone for over 30 minutes I suggest you read all the reviews of this company as they were accurate with my experience

NEVER Call This Company

Customer service representative barely spoke english I was told the flowers would be delivered the same day 24 hours later no flowers have been delivered Was offered a 10 00 refund on an 80 00 order They have no intention of doing business in good faith AVOID EDIT Three days later and the flowers were never delivered After long telephone hold times and lots of complaining the purchase price has been refunded as it should be

Orders Flowers They were not only overpriced they failed to deliver Customer service barely spoke English They sent a text saying flowers were delivered even though they were not delivered After endless calls they admitted there was a problem with their system and the claim of delivery may have been sent in error but could not say when or if they would be delivered Terrible customer service Do not patronize this business They do not deserve it

Horrible experience Do not order from this company I ordered flowers on 12 19 23 to be delivered the following day They not only changed my order but delivered it a day later to someone else s house but not the person who was intended to When I called customer service they hung up twice very unprofessional and they didn t issue a refund I paid 65 dollars and my friend never received her flowers Order nr 11047343

Terrible- deceptive web listing

Terrible My conclusion is that this vendor is actually just a third party website that s goes and arranges for my floral order by calling a local florist in the destination town Collected an unexpected 25 service fee so there you go And then notified me on the day of delivery that the product was not available And that delivery would not happen for at least another four days beyond desired date I had ordered two days in advance If you query florists in ANY town Avas Flowers will come up with verbiage implying they are located in that town Try it I just did That s Search Engine Optimization for you Ugh

Horrible experience

Horrible experience Ordered for a December 24th birthday delivery and paid a high service fee to do so I ve received TWO notifications that the flowers were delivered and when I talked with customer service they could not provide proof of delivery and admitted the order was sent to a third florist and the first two didn t complete the order It s December 27th and still no delivery and they don t want to refund my 120 order The status on the order still says delivered but no flowers have been received
