I ordered flowers for a friend who was having a biopsy for breast cancer The card said in loving memory Horrible I had no way of contacting the company to talk to a representative There was no way on line that I could find to request a refund I would use someone local next time Invisible customer service 7541737 order number in case anyone cares

Did not look like picture which they state in disclaimer The card which I paid extra for had the message in tiny letters and was stamped over so it looked like a blank card on flowers

Second time they delivered something I didn t order

This company has grown past the point of providing good personal service I ve only ordered from them twice and both times they substituted totally different flowers from what I ordered on their web site This time my friend got yellow pink and orange flowers when I expressly ordered a lavender arrangement as a soothing get well gift - also purple is her favorite color I think they just figured I d never see what was delivered because I live in another town and the friend would be happy just to get any flowers True she was but she sent me a photo I couldn t find anything on the Ava s site that looked like what they sent so I ll never know if they sent something cheaper than what I paid for In future I will just find a truly local florist that i can speak with and won t ever waste my money with Ava s again They sent email and customer service called me to offered refund but if they can afford to do all that why can t they just improve their process and meet customer expectations

Took 5 days to get flowers delivered I will say I called them and even though helpful I was leaning toward a scam but I gave them till end of 5th day definitely delivered and beautiful flowers I believe whoever they tried to use for flowers was flaky 3 days in a row finally gav3 it till today after this being 5th day mor3 than enough time

Ripoff Artists I ordered an online special arrangement

I ordered an online special arrangement for around 55 with delivery fee waived but total ended up around 85 There was a service fee of 24 94 added at the end with no warning that there would be one That seems excessively steep and was unfairly tacked on I consider it unscrupulous to have such a fee and not reveal it until just before the order is placed I m very unhappy with Ava s Flowers

Very disappointed

I ordered it the large white standing spray for our uncle s funeral and it was so small and looked nothing like what was advertised They were also supposed to put Uncle on the ribbon and it wasn t done Tried to find a way to send them a picture of what was delivered but there s no where on website to do it They got 2 stars only because the man that I ordered it in the phone from was wonderful Helga

Bait and Switch

I purchased You are the Moon Sun and Stars arrangement -- consisting of white lilies yellow roses and a variety of colorful foliage What I received was three yellow roses with purple carnations inside green typical foilage Very Disappointed The sole positive is the arrangement was delivered in a timely fashion Overall I do not recommend AvasFlowers if truth in purchasing is important to you I feel as if I m a victim of bait and switch --Darlene

Order took 9 days to be delivered

Order was finally delivered after 9 days and 3 attempts according to Ava s to an easy address Arrangement left at road by mailbox and not brought to house so it was rain battered Not like any floral company I ve done business with Can t recommend

Horrible experience terrible customer service AVOID AVA s FLOWERS

I sent a Sympathy bouquet to a funeral home in Florida I m in WA state for a Sunday service and was told it would be delivered on Saturday I get the receipt online and it says it will be delivered on Friday I call in and I m told they have to deliver on Friday because they won t have the flowers to complete the order by Saturday and also already have the maximum number of deliveries scheduled for the day I approve it The day after the Service I get a call from a person at the service who said my bouquet was not delivered to the service Long story shortened the delivery person directed the flowers to go to a different persons service at the funeral home The names of the deceased were not even close The delivery person had three bouquets they were delivering and just added my order to the rest so another service got my flowers After speaking to Avas customer service they said they would contact the funeral home and see what happened After a bit of time I was told the flowers were delivered so if they didn t go to the correct service it was the funeral homes problem I contacted the funeral home and they told me the delivery person had delivered thee flowers and indicated they went to a different service than the one I had ordered them for They told Ava s the same thing when they had called a few minutes earlier I had them send me a picture of the delivery log which clearly showed the delivery person indicated the flowers were for the wrong persons service I called Ava s again at least three times getting cut off three times in the process after going through their tedious phone tree I finally got through to someone and after repeated explanations everyone I spoke to at Ava s was from or in another country and barely understandable and reading from a script was told they would check into the problem and get back to me I sent them the picture of the log entry A couple days later I get a message to contact them about my refund Again dealing with their ridiculous phone system and getting cut off a few more times after waiting for a person to answer I get another person who basically starts taking me back through the whole process as if I have never contacted they before I give her the ticket number for the complaint I had filed days ago and she continued to follow the script as if it were the first time I called I broke into her chatter told her to get me someone who spoke english told her I was not going to explain myself all over again I told her to look up the ticket number or get someone who could help me After being on hold for awhile she came back and offered to send a bouquet to the deceased s family so they could enjoy it while remembering her I was pissed I said no she didn t have any family and lived in a care home Then they offered something else but I was too pissed off to listen I told her I wanted my 94 dollars back She processed the refund and I did get it Turns out the Bouquet was supplied by a Publix Grocery store not a florist I would never under any circumstances use Ava s Flowers again The only reason I gave them 2 stars was that they did after much trouble refund the money otherwise it would have been one Update 8 8 2023 Order 10552564I got the same word for word canned response from Ava s they seem to send to every bad review asking for my order or email and phone and saying they are dealing with the complaint Problem is they don t provide a link or anyway to respond More scam tactics so people reading the reviews think they are on top of the problems What are they going to do for me I got the money refunded already I stand by my suggestion STAY AWAY FROM AVA S FLOWERS
