I wish I had read reviews before ordering Have chased twice and had no response Still waiting for delivery and been waiting over 2 weeks Don t say you will deliver quickly if you can t Will now have to order from somewhere else and pay out more Never again

The same as other reviews I ve waited too long for delivery Every week I query it and they send the exact same message saying it ll be the end of next weekWe don t usually order medicines weeks in advance so we ve ordered when we needed them and believed they were in stock I ve asked for a full refund and won t use them again

Do not believe delivery times Avoid purchasing from this company

Placed order nearly 2 weeks ago and after multiple emails sent have yet to receive a response Delivery time stated was 5-7 days So not only have I not received my product I also feel like they are ignoring the problem Have requested a refund through my bank seen as this company refuses to reply to any message that s been sent Hopefully i get my money back and will definitely not be using this company again

Long wait for delivery if it turns up at all and poor customer service

I ve ordered twice from this company Delivery takes forever despite paying a delivery fee for delivery within 2-5 days My first order took 2 weeks to arrive - I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again This time I ordered in good time expecting delivery to take a while it s now almost a month and no sign of my order No contact number provided I ve tried online chat multiple times with no reply and no reply to email Really shocking service

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company avoid Order placed Feb for necessary meds Nothing received nothing from AYP saying why Person needing meds went into hospital so meds no longer needed Order cancelled but can t be fullfilled anyway by AYP so instead money to be refunded August came and went NOTHING Requested bank details for refund duly given still nothing and here we are on 28th October email received saying order on it s way half the items but billed for all of them even after cancelling and THEM offering a refund Shocking need reprting to Trading Standards

ONLY GAVE THIS ONE STAR AS UNABLE TO JUST GIVE NONE

Order placed and never received Sent numerous emails a message on the Contact us facility on the website and also tried to live chat which was also an option on the website absolutely zero response to any of these aside an automated we will respond to your query as soon as we can reply I am so glad I used PayPal as the payment option as they gave me an immediate refund which leads me to believe that I am not the first customer to be fleeced by this company DO NOT ORDER from them Happy to take your money from you not willing to provide any kind of service or product for it though

I ordered something on 27 October and it still hasn t arrived I m really disappointed I don t think I m going to order anything from here again

Avoid at all costs

These guys are likely scammers for sure I emailed them and my items have still not arrived Payment has been made Numerous emails and I have not received any reply Their online chat just gives a generic Thanks we ll be in touch message but they never do Avoid at all costs is my advice They don t deserve even one star
