I ve used AYP healthcare numerous times however I placed an order on 24th April and still haven t received a thing I have had to contact AYP twice asking for an update no follow up extremely poor customer service on this occasion Requested order refund I ll go elsewhere from now on

Took a month to deliver

I placed an order on 25th Jan and paid for standard packing which was 3 to 5 working days and chased on where the package was on 6th Feb Company replied same day stating technical issue I them had to chase again on 16th Feb and did not recieve the order until 23rd Feb which was 1 month after the original order At no time was I contacted to offer and explainatio or offered postage back for the long delay

My order took six weeks to be delivered

My order took six weeks to be delivered though payment was taken within 24hours of placing order Automated replies were not helpful and when I asked for the refund they had offered after four weeks I heard no more until finally the order arrived another two weeks later

Slow to ship and not good communication

I had to chase my order twice before I received it I was told after the first enquiry that there was a back log of orders and it would be with me by the end of the week A further few weeks went by and I chased again I had no answer to my enquiry but magically a delivery update came through finally It took 6 weeks to get to me which really isn t good for medication

Non responsive order never arrived

Placed an order in 12th March 2024 with delivery 3 days Not yet received order Chases them on 17th March advices new warehouse system caused backlog and expect end of week after next which could have been last Thursday before Easter Still not received Messages them twice more and requested update and then full refund no response to either The new system must be a huge disaster Very disappointed

Massive delay in shipping order

I placed my order on 20th April 2024 and was informed on the 18th of June that it had finally been shipped It was a further 3 days before it arrived I have used this company before and not had any delays but an 8 week delay with no communication from them is ridiculous I didn t chase them up as I d completely forgotten about the order as I had to purchase it elsewhere as it hadn t arrived Very disappointed

Slow and unresponsive

Updating from 1 to 2 stars as this did arrive a little over 3 weeks after the order date Communication from the company was pretty poor I was updated only in the form of automated emails eg a shipped notification two days after asking where my order is no apology or human response Still took another 7 days after that so slow and uncommunicative from start to finish Orig review Website stated 3-5 day delivery but took 5 days before the product I ordered was even approved for dispatch It s been 11 days now and still in processing The product was for an anal fissure that reopened this morning because I d run out of my prev supply to treat it No communication from the pharmacy at all beside the note to say it had been approved

Communication useless

Initial order took long time to not arrive Chased AYP offered immediate refund or unspecified future delivery Took the refund option Heard nothing no refund Phoned them no answer Tried to inform M S Mastercard but their system absolute rubbish abandoned that decided to write off the 17 and forget it Product arrived some time later AYP communication is useless that is they don t Following AYP response - I won t spend any more time on this matter

Go elsewhere

Ordered items 5 months ago not recieved In each contact with AYP I was told it would be 2 more weeks I finally requested a refund which has not been received I have raised a dispute with my bank 2 stars awarded as I have ordered from them successfully before although the delivery time was significantly longer than promised

Well went to buy some anti inflammatory

Well went to buy some anti inflammatory but had to use PayPal and I don t have PayPal and never will so I came here to moan about that and read reviews Phew lucky escape I m glad they only accepted PayPal
