Didn t have a good experience I placed

Didn t have a good experience I placed a order that didn t arrive when I emailed as no phone number was told there was a issue with there system and my order would soon be with me This didn t arrive I made contact again asking for a refund and had no reply and my order turned up 5 days later 23 day wait

Order cancelled after 3 weeks

I cancelled the order after 3 weeks due to failed deliveries There was no proactive communication but did get responses when I emailed They cancelled the order without question and I assume my refund will turn up soon Shame as I wanted to support what appears to be a UK company offering good products at good prices Hopefully they will sort things out

Pharamists don t seem to know what they re doing

I filled out the form with all my health conditions and medications exactly as it shows on my GP record on the NHS app including my asthma The pharmacist then asks if wheeze and shortness of breath is a new symptom Obviously not if I ve already told you I m asthmatic I only needed some treatment for thrush nothing to do with my asthma Pharmacist then said my request for thrush medication had been denied Its an OTC medication for godsake Apparently I ll be refunded as the order was denied but had no confirmation of refund yet and order still says processing In the meantime ordered the same item from chemist4u and was approved and dispatched within 24hrs

Beware of delivery problems

Beware of delivery problems Placed an order 25th March and it has still not arrived 11th April No updates emailed regarding despatch dates or delivery dates as with many mail order companies I have contacted them and await a response

I ordered medical supplies 12 2 24 Nothing delivered

My husband ordered medical supplies 12 2 24 Requests for updates made on 4th and 15th March met with a response that due to unforeseen circumstances there would be a delay On the 15th March I requested a refund A further request was made on 20th March for a refund Both requests have been ignored Telephone calls aren t being answered Chat attempts aren t being responded to We re worried the company isn t operating any more In the meantime they ve 80 of our money

Delayed delivery No communication

Placed an order which took two weeks to arrive instead of expected maximum five days There was no update from the company until I sent an email after seven days to query what was happening Also there was no compensation for the delay

Ordered April 16 th received 2 months

Ordered April 16 th received 2 months later emailed to find out where my items were they said back log the first time I had to wait 3 weeks but other times only 2 weeks not 2 months shame really

6 months for my order to arrive

It took 6 months for my order to arrive I ve given 2 stars because they did tell me it would be delayed after I enquired as to my orders whereabouts and on the third time of emailing they did give me the option to have a refund this was at the 3 month mark and by then I felt I d waiting long enough I thought I would wait a little longer Still no order after 5 months so I wrote requesting a refund response was automated and no mention of my refund The order did finally get despatched shortly after this email and then some time later it was received Very disappointing in their lack of communication I understand that sometimes it is difficult to get hold of items but really in this day and age communication is key

Waiting for 3rd week and counting

Almost 2 weeks after placing my order never had an update on progress neither received the parcel Emailed them myself received a reply a few days later that they are experiencing supply issues - fair enough however some items were posted the next day parcel received shortly after Emailed them again regarding missing item from my order and still waiting for reply - a week later Would not trust them with any healthcare purchases again If you need your stuff urgently - find another pharmacy

Misleading website poor stock management and weak communications

Ordered two products on a Sunday because website claims Weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday After a week I chased and was told both items were out of stock but would arrive in a few days Nearly another week goes by and then one item is no longer available which was refunded and the other should be available in two weeks It finally arrived virtually a month after ordering which isn t OK for a medicine Misleading website poor stock management and weak communications
