Baby nest is one of the best companies I wished I had used them when I bought all my baby gear before as I had a terrible experience with one of the companies I ordered from In store the lady I spoke to was lovely and informative I then ordered all I wanted online and they called to ensure I was aware the car seat I ordered wasn t for newborn as some people mistake that this is great service because as a new parent people can confuse things and later they were happy to send part of my order early because it was ready They keep you informed and the staff are wonderful Thank you

I didn t like that I had to chase them

I didn t like that I had to chase them for updates on delivery but they were super fast once the product was in stock and they were proactive so thanks

Amazing service This was our first order with baby nest There was a 5 day wait stated upon order for stock in my chosen colour Upon order I received an email from the store to check that I had seen this notice great touch to avoid problems later on if the customer hasn t noticed the notice The pram then arrived within 2 days And was carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival We will definitely shop here again

Amazing small business

Previously had terrible experience trying to order Stokke products from John Lewis but this service was excellent I had a lovely phone call the day after placing the order confirming the order then it arrived the next day Amazing service definitely recommend will use again Great offers too

We bought a stroller here with an accessory which wasn t exactly matched in colour A store representative called me to make me aware of this and changed the order - so lovely of them Stroller arrived quickly and was securely packaged Would recommend
