We went in to look at travel systems and Luke was amazing help very knowledgeable enthusiastic and honest We d done a lot of research ourselves plus tried out several of the models previously at other shops so we knew what he was saying was very honest Quite the opposite of trying to sell us stuff he actually told us the car seat we d been given by friends was the best we could get and not to buy another one and he recommended a cheaper travel system that would better meet our needs and was from a brand with better after-sale care than the other ones we were looking at Will be going back for other things we need Thank you

Great products and very fast and efficient delivery We accidentally ordered an incorrect add-on for the pram we purchased but received a phone-call straight away and they sorted it before they sent our order Would recommend

We ordered the Stokke Tripp Trapp and its accessories We were told delivery could take 3-4 weeks as the items were on a back order especially with border delays but we received them within 6 days The level of customer service and communication was fantastic from start to finish Would recommend and shop with Baby Nest again

I found Babynest online and not only found them to have the best selection of products in stock but also great deals on the products too We had been looking for a green Stokke high chair which they had with amazing newborn deals ect Delivery was really quick and efficient despite us living in another part of the uk Would definitely recommend

Really good experience Ordered our bundle pushchair car seat bedcrib on Sunday evening Got a call on Monday telling me that the order will be on its way once the Pushchair color was back in stock which will be probably within a week They also added that if we needed the rest before that they could still delivered it One day later they called me to see if I was available to receive the delivery All the items were delivered without any issues and the person who delivered it was really nice and professional We will be purchasing again from this shop Nba we are 30minutes drive from the physical shop that might be why we receive the delivery this fast but nonetheless still an amazing experience

We ordered a pushchair carrycot and various other accessories which came to over 1 000 in April In June we rang them to find out if they had received the order The order was confirmed to be in stock told the shop we would collect it in August not a problem The end of July came rang to make sure it was ok to collect in August was told that some of the order was not in stock now and we would be called back within one week to confirm delivery of the rest of the items Did not receive a call back so chased them again and was told the same story I chased them again after a week and was told the order looked confusing as some of the items had been crossed off of our order form What I asked for the manager to call back 2 hours later still had no phone call To get the truth we drove down to the shop after feeling frustrated and ignored Upon arrival in the shop we were advised that they did not have any of our items and in fact never did In June they had received the wrong items from egg I guess it was eggs fault in their eyes To cut a long story short was told very unlikely to be able to get the pram that we wanted in time for babies delivery in 2 weeks or so and was badly let down by this store After this we did not trust them anymore after all of the lies they had spun us So we got a refund After a couple of hours research on the internet we managed to find the exact same system we had ordered and bought it from another store and it was delivered the very next day We received terrible customer service over a matter of months so I would not recommend this store
