Worst customer service I ve ever come

Ordered a cot which was in the sale to then receive an email saying they had priced it wrong and that they will not be processing the order Gave me the option to purchase at the correct price which I declined Service just awful this is their error and they should have still processed the order Maybe they should take more care in Making sure prices are correct before they advertise online Will not use this company again

Worst customer service I ve ever come across Ordered a car seat online was clearly sent the wrong colour after a number of email exchanges and pictures the company tried to convince me I was wrong They agreed on a return however I would have to cover the cost which is circa 28 I have since been to another shop to prove the colour they issued was wrong Never ever using the company again

Nothing to say

The buying was very easy and their website is great as well However I will AVOID this company as long as they are using Diamond logistics for shipping My package has been changed for 3 couriers and always got shipping notification and get cancelled in few hours Item ordered last week still nothing

Highly inconvenient

My first two attempts to purchase were blocked because your security person said the shipping address had to match the billing one So I had to send myself the gift and now I have to pay more money to send to the right person and the gift is going to be late I will never buy from you again

Not so free delivery

Placed an order for a Tripp Trapp which qualified us for free postage When we added anything else to the order postage became 15 60 Went ahead ordering just the Tripp Trapp and contacted Baby Nest about the glitch They acknowledged there s a problem with the system and offered to raise a further order for the other items we wanted but this included a postage charge When I pointed out that we should have got all items under free delivery I never heard back from anyone

No plastic covering incomplete delivery

No plastic on the product I ve always had Joie s car seats bought with plastic covering that can be used to protect it when storing it in the boot Delivery partner DPD went ahead and delivered to the wrong address and wrong lane Luckily spotted him far off from the window and managed to get the product back else i feel it would have been stressful liaising between delivery partner and supplier

Product itself is great but I paid for next day delivery and it took two weeks to get to me

You website needs to be up to date

You website needs to be up to date if you cannot provide next day delivery please remove this option for the customer at checkout The rest is fine
