I hesitate before writing as there was one gentleman who was quite helpful - I ordered and received an iPhone 11 Pro Max after having paid 995 vis PayPal - it arrived beautifully packed but after a couple of days I realised the phone wasn t working I contacted the company and they told me to try different things - to no avail - I took it to the nearest town to an ITech store where they put in the details of the phone into a computer I was then told that the phone was BLACKLISTED AND THEREFORE BLOCKED - AMAZING I was so stressed by this time emails back and forth no reply s etc 995 down the drain so I thought Eventually Back Market sent me a return label and I packed and sent the phone back thinking WHY SHOULD I HAVE ALL THIS HASSLE I eventually received an email saying that as I had paid by PayPal I would have to be refunded this way BUT THE SELLERS COULD NOT PERMIT THIS OWING TO AN ISSUE ON THEIR ACCOUNT - aren t these phones tested first Another three days of torment before I was asked for my Bank details where the money was eventually refunded such a dreadful experience but I would never want to go through that again with so much money at stake - I obviously thought it was all a scam yes I did eventually get my money back but I fail to understand how a company could be run so disastrously and still be in existence

I was scammed I bought a 2017 imac 5k i5 32gb ram 2tb and I received a 2012 imac with totally inferior characteristics in all aspects and the customer service is very bad they make the change and if you are not attentive and you don t check all the specifications they will scam you

Hello I have horrible experience as a customer with this company I have ordered and payed for the phone 3 weeks ago and still didn t receive it There is some issues with the shipment I am in the e-mails exchange for days already and still there is no clarity on the date when I will be able to receive the order I have never experienced such troubles while ordering in internet It is unacceptable I am a patient person and have time for all this emails exchange but it is too much even for me

This site doesn t respect the language spoken of the client They even don t know which language is spoken in certain countries and therefor insult it s inhabitants Their customer service of contact option is far hidden and impossible to find on their webiste But when I finally got to reach them they lied about languages and treated people in a condescending patronising manner They simply neglect mother tongues and force people to use other languages You cannot trust this site Really incredible in the 21st century Discrimination of the majority of the population in a country

Completely untrustworthy Terrible service Can t even speak the language I requested I received a MacBook Air that turned on once and then when restarted never turned on again I suspect it was defective when it was sent However in their OWN TERMS OF REPAIR they say that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE THE CHARGER So I didn t I expected a repair IF THERE WAS ANY DOUBT FOR THEM THAT THERE WOULD BE ANOTHER SOLUTION THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE INCLUDED THOSE INSTRUCTIONS THIS IS NOT ANYONE S FAULT BUT BACKMARKET S BACKMARKET IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN COMMUNICATION NOT ME AND NOT ANYONE ELSE Now they say that if they do a refund they won t refund me the full amount Well if they had just not said to leave out the charger when shipping then I would have been fine with shipping it I have absolutely no use for it otherwise If they need the charger that bad then they should SENT ME THE SHIPPING MATERIAL AND TICKETS so that I can ship it to them without wasting MY time and MY money buying boxes and printing stickers like I had to do when I sent back THEIR faulty computer in the first place If they resolve this issue in the correct way I will be happy to change this But for now all I can say is they re extremely over rated and their behavior is criminal

Very good publicity that s all Especially don t buy the guarantee it s a scam On top of the payment they will ask you to pay a Franchise when you need a repair You pay it and then wait for a prepaid envelope to send your phone in repair And wait And wait The centre de reparation the closest to Brussels is in Charleroi never came back to me after two months You send emails and they tell you they can t even refund your franchise let apart the cost of the insurance I am now charging my friend lawyer to sue them in court I don t see what else I can do
