Called the contact number before buying insurance online to clarify that the Backpacker Insurance for my daughter did not need private medical cover The customer care handler Scott could not have been more helpful talked me through the T Cs and confirmed that no additional private health cover was required after consulting another senior member of staff Have recommended this company to another customer already Thanks

I checked a travel insurance comparison site yours seemed to be the best policy not necessarily the cheapest but good level of cover for the price I chose the best policy available on your site which gives very little excess charge which I find invaluable when your are travelling on a budget
