Purchase policy on line and receive no email regarding policy etc I had to ring four times and contact customer service to get a response not good business and paying up front seems very poor service Kind regards T

Hello For some reason when I picked worldwide excluding usa Canada the policy I was given was instead for aus new Zealand I cancelled the policy am still waiting for refund and redid it again and noted this kept happening However before final payment I figured out a different way of selecting so aus new Zealand wasn t automatically picked

Easy to use service and self explanatory However I got confused on medical grounds I didn t know if I should ring or not I didn t have any issues so I didn t but I had to read and reread it wasn t clear to me

Really quick easy to nagivate through Everything is explained thoroughly so very good experience on that sense However I was charged for two policies and the money came out my bank twice so this was frustrating Although hopefully it gets rectified
