Very professional and helpful employees

Excellent customer service was provided when I called to ask a number of questions prior to booking my insurance online and I was adequately assisted and all questions were answered in a helpful manner The online booking element was clear straight forward and easy to use The fact I could book for longer than 12 months also greatly helped as not many other insurance companies do more than 12 months

Booking experience was quick easy

I had to extend my dates of cover by 9 days I wasn t sure how to alter it through the website I emailed them and Danielle got back to me within 24 hours assisted me with no problems

Julianna was a great customer service representative She was efficient and likable The only complaint I have was I was told I d get a second phone call later that day over my enquiry but I didn t get a second phone call until the next day
