Was skeptical at first to use this company as id never heard of it before but anyway I ordered the Trenton pergola and unfortunately had some issues with it being delivered on time but after discussing with backyard discovery customer service the delivery company had actually been at fault and all be it arriving a little later the pergola is of great quality and I can t believe the price I got it for Would highly recommend this company due to the quality of the goods I received the ease to built the product and most of all the good customer service I received when things hadn t went as smoothly as everyone would have wanted

We are absolutely delighted by our choice of the Backyard Discoveries Sweetwater Heights Playhouse Our grandchildren aged 8 5 and 2 run straight past us when they arrive and straight to the back garden for the upstairs den and slide Delivery was excellent with the delivery people leaving the boxes exactly where they were needed in the garden The only downside was that although we knew which day it would arrive we had just 10 minutes warning of the precise time It took about 6 hours to put it all together In fact with my guidance my son in law did it all himself and he has never undertaken anything like this before The instructions were excellent and as suggested we set out all of the different sized screws in different bowls and laid out all of the parts in the right order which made everything very straightforward There were no missing pieces and everything was very clearly identified The installation instructions were well organised and we managed with no confusion Take care though as there are a couple of places where T bolts need to swap sides such as the top of the ladder The knot holes were quite obvious to begin with the joy of real wood but after a cost of varnish they were quickly neutralised The grandchildren love it We had not realised how well the equipped the kitchen is Our grandson still beams with joy at the blender with the beans that spin around inside and the hob that lights up We ve bought a small tea set to live in the upstairs den so orders from the garden cafe are delivered by the waitress flying down the slide Tables and chairs have also been set up on the ground floor Absolutely magnificent and suitable for all weathers
