I had ordered bits from Bankrupt over the years via ebay and had always had a good experience This was also a positive experience ordering directly from their website The staff where very helpful and responded to my questions etc very quickly and with the info i needed so many thanks to Dave and Zander I was kept up to date via shipping notifications and my bike arrived very quickly Many thanks and highly recommend

You only really know how good a company is until you have an issue that requires resolving This is where bankrupt bike parts has excelled on this occasion I have made many purchases over recent years all with perfect customer service On this occasion one item on my order arrived which was the wrong size 2 sizes of an identical looking bell A quick phone call was answered straight away I followed up with emailing a photo of the received item and the correct item has been posted out with a sincere apology Any company can be great when things go right only excellent companies can be this good when you have an issue Well done BBP I will be shopping with you again and again with this level of all round customer service

The 20 inch rise apehanger handlebars wre a perfect replacement for the original ones that I messed up completing my custom Scratch Build mobility trike And I ve figured out how to attach the new ones and make them work So I m very pleased with the end result and they look awesome
