The item didn t come when said I rang and sure to avoid waited some more still didn t come then I had to answer the question do you want us to resend Well yes of course as you have my money Came fairly quick 2and timeTried blaming royal mail for losing it I don t think it got sent

Fast responce but problem with deliverence

Fast response and delivery but some problem with the first shipping when the company that should deliver the item failed to notice me I got message from Bankrupt some weeks later that they got my item returned When i asked what company that shipped the item and how they should have noticed me they did not answer and claimed me for about 20 euros for new shipping This time it worked fine So have to pay 2 shipping without explanation did not make me happy

Buy with care

Buy with care I bought a chain guard for a kids bike The chain guard came as described - but without any fixing screws When I asked the company about this the reply in total is below Thank you for your message This chain guard is not supplied with fixing bolts It is only supplied with brackets This is really poor service But with great care from this company

Damaged because of poor packaging

I was not impressed with the packaging which damaged the item My handle bars arrived scantily wrapped in bubble wrap and with a bag around the middle The ends split the bubble wrap and left the bars exposed which meant the end of the bars got scratched There were also large scratches to the middle of the bars where they had either been damaged in transit or before packaging

Good delivery of v brake set and good

Good delivery of v brake set and good price but some of the allun bolts for pads sheer so easily its a joke Some parts are fine but wouldnt buy these parts again quality should be able to tighten sufficiently Especially for brakes

I haven t yet received my parcel

I haven t yet received my parcel so can t give any honest feedback I know that s partly due to the courier being problematic My only comment would be maybe choose a different courier DHL has always been a big miss for any orders I ve placed Hope this helps and sorry about the poor rating Again not all your fault

The item I wished to buy is advertised

The item I wished to buy is advertised and still advertised on many platforms through this shop it is not available and will not be as it as I have now found out discontinued after going through the purchase and a day later receiving a item dispatched notice through email I then received a message stating this item is not available and offered another one I asked for a refund which they honoured hence the 2 stars
