He tyres supplied were NOT as stated on the side they were obviously rejects they were far too big for the rim

Hi i purchased an Amar chain guard for my bike making sure the measurements fixing screw holes etc all were exactly as my requirements to ensure it fitted Sadly nowhere in the product description did it state that the guard was curved outward and subsquently the screw holes of the guard do not meet flat against the screw holes of the crank chain cog and cannot be fitted To add salt into the wound a comment emailed to Bike Bankrupt regarding this has been ignored Not impressed I eventually received a reply from Bankrupt Bike Parts as you can read they claim states full description and pictures of the Amar chain guard but it does not There is no picture or description showing it is curved in design and therefore wont meet the screw holes to fix to the crank cog The statement of that theve sold many with no conplaint probably means theres probably people that didnt conplain or were already familiar with the curved design not that its me that got it wrong Finally they say i can return the item but at my expense for their error and will in this instance not retain the postage it cost to send it to me for their insuffient description I invite you to look at their listing yourself for the Amar chain guard 5 screw 48 teeth and see for yourself the pictures and description that do not inform you or show you of the curved design

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller and I strongly advise others to steer clear I purchased an E-bike frame from them which was listed as in stock Based on this I went ahead and ordered various other parts from different websites to build the bike To my dismay the seller later canceled my order claiming that the frame was actually out of stock This left me in a difficult position as I had already bought parts specifically for this frame and could not return them without incurring financial losses When I contacted the seller to find a solution they were completely unhelpful and showed no concern for my situation They flatly stated that they did not have any similar frames available However a quick Google search revealed that the seller s own webshop listed a frame that was compatible with the exact same electric motor When I asked if they could sell me this frame at the same price as the original one considering the inconvenience they caused they refused They insisted on charging 25 more even though this was a problem entirely of their making This seller s lack of customer service dishonesty and unwillingness to help resolve an issue they created is unacceptable Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable and customer-focused seller

The company are not at fault it is the Shimano part that they sold Most of the screws are made of soft metal and consequently the threads are weak and the screws even bend where they need to be solid e g to stop the moving arm on the front deraillieur moving too far across Hence the chain come off all the time Only fit for the bin I won t risk buying something like this on-line again as it isn t as if you can take it back to the shop for a refund Just as well it was only for a bike I use on a turbo trainer Several hours wasted and now I will have to do it all again aftewr shooping around for a spare part to replace this

I ordered a product on Friday with payment on the next working day delivery Monday has also passed that is today and I still haven t received the product

I can t review the item purchased as it never arrived On raising the issue I was sent a blurred photo of what might have been the package next to a wheelie bin in someone else s backyard No apology or refund

Ordered Saturday Cost 4 extra for delivery It s a uk based company and my order isn t arriving till Friday Almost a week Won t be using you again
