The system is still pretty clunky

The system is still pretty clunky It s 10X better than when leadstacker was a separate product but there are still glitches and things that just aren t easy to get to For example building a campaign from a skipped list still takes several clicks and isn t very intuitive And on mobile it s terrible - doesn t display properly and things are hard to do even from a larger iPhone 12 pro max screen The app doesn t let me pull lists just see messages

It s a very good concept of what they provide as a company Their execution is poor in many areas though Their data is flawed in several ways Their ability to do searches is limited and or wrong Additionally support does not do what s necessary to correct these challenges when they are brought to their attention It s sad because if they would fix these things they could be an amazing source of information for marketing

It seemed great at first

It seemed great at first but then I quickly learned that things I was promised by the salesperson was not met by the program and I was simply Upsold to a pricier and non refundable tier of the program that still does not meet my needs And I have spent almost a month trying to get the program to actually work due to their third party integration requirements

Robin has been the best customer service rep that I could ask for She has been very helpful and responsive Whenever I have an inquiry she is very quick to find a solution

Easy to use and compliant with federal guidlines

I like BatchLeads for skip tracing I get accurate numbers I dont like how BatchLeads don t update property data I have to use Zillow too see info about a property

Used another platform before changing to Batch sms This platform is by far the best and easy to use Just take a few minutes to set up add your list and start sending Batch offer skip tracing as well Once completed just add to a campaign and go

Very organized especially having an account manager along side the platform Marissa was great at keeping up with me and updating me with what was new to come

Robin Ferguson is my go-to person for Batchleads she is wonderful Whenever I have questions or concerns I can always turn to her for support I cannot praise the members of the team that support us end users enough

Excellent service for troubleshooting

Batchleads is very powerful Been a struggle lately with some of the new texting rules but thanks to great support by Chelsea we are working through those issues Still learning and looking forward to learning more about this platform
