Although my order was delayed as the item was out of stock when it was delivered I found the whole process very efficient Being able to track the item also helped reassure me when it was going to be delivered

Great for parts slow to arrive

Easy to find the part and buy The reason a star was lost was because you used Royal Mail to send the part no other option A lot of people buying bathroom spares do so because there is a problem in our case a leak Taking 5 days to receive the part left us leaking a lot longer than was hoped for All other orders I put in with other companies on the same day arrived after 2 days and had lower delivery charges

Good service

Good company ordered the parts and they were dispatched very quickly Post office delivered I would have given five stars but unfortunately I needed some technical assistance which you can not speak to anyone about I did send an email but unfortunately I was given the wrong advice which was no help Otherwise good service

Finding a shower door seals to fit

Because of insolvency of a supplier they were unable to supply the shower door seals I required However after I sent them dimensional information they were able to supply a close alternative which wasn t pre-curved but I managed to persuade to fit the doors

Cheap looking part massively overpriced but had to buy it as it s massively overpriced everywhere

My parts arrived too late

My parts never arrived in the specified time this may have been due to the Christmas period They eventually turned up a week late contrary to the 48 hour tracked delivery probably more of a royal mail issue I would be happy to pay for extra delivery charges if someone other than royal mail handled my delivery

Pretty good service

Pretty good service product was exactly what I needed I bought replacement hinges for a toilet seat Strangely they came with two plastic bolts but only one plastic nut to attach everything to the toilet this was not a problem for me as had the original bolts I have alerted Bathroom Spare Parts and this should not happen again

I had to wait a few weeks for the part

I had to wait a few weeks for the part to arrive as they didn t have any in stock I wasn t advised of this when I placed the order but we got got there in the end

It s a nightmare trying to find the

It s a nightmare trying to find the right cartridge for the tap But I got it first time Description was good but wasn t sure I was getting gold colour or a pair Over new year and very bad weather conditions delivery understandably took a while but all good in the end and fitted in 10 mins Thankyou

Would recommend

I would recommend using Bathroom Spare Parts Happy with the product the only place I found these particular shower glass panel clips It is a shame they are relatively expensive for what they are but this is the same in the manufacturer website Fast delivery and packed well
