Great service and the part I needed

Great service and the part I needed Why you don t included the bolt for security the assembly to the tap beggars belief I needed the valve but am now left looking for the appropriate bolt Rather disappointing considering the initial cost plus P P

An item I had to have with very limited supplier

An item I had to have with very limited suppliers I entered into the contract being fully aware of the item and associated cost but it still hurts For a simple single basin tap plastic handle carrier for 12 60 it was without doubt the most expensive 2 0 square centimetre of hollow plastic I have ever purchased To make matters worse there was a postal charge of 4 50 a total of 17 10 with no cheaper alternative By comparison I purchased 2 associated ceramic basin tap valves from another supplier a much larger and heavier item with a realistic postal charge of 1 30 which arrived in 3 days Happy with thatVerdict Part is fine but could do better

Weak communication

At time of order 3 business days stated but order took 6 business days No confirmation sent about status of order Called office and was told by agent she would return call but never did No issues with the delivered product worked perfectly

Bathroom spares had the parts I needed but

Bathroom spares had the parts I needed which were small chrome screw covers at a unit price of 1 60 each which was expensive but acceptable However for whatever reason they charged 4 50 to send them by Royal Mail which given the parts were tiny was a complete rip off as they could easily have been sent first class post Unfortunately the customer was given no choice on the shipping method used Disappointing

Eyewatering

Cannot fault communication prompt service but oh the price Obviously have a monopoly for these particular items as I couldn t find them anywhere else hence the price But at almost 4 for each bit of plastic plus the postage it s a bit rich

The item was competively priced

The item was competively priced and a genuine Mira spare part Postage was extra Delivery via Royal Mail was very poor I decided to purchase the item elsewhere in order to complete the repair Although my disappointment was really with Royal Mail I feel the seller might want to consider using a more reliable delivery service

Parts was the right ones but not the lights

Parts was the right ones but unfortunately the light still not working After some more testing it was found to be the LED light themselves which was faulty The manufacturer had discontinued manufacturing this type of fitting and you could not purchase them which was very disappointing But sale the LED Drivers and IR sensor but not the lights

Did not tell me the items were out of

Did not tell me the items were out of stock until payed for so delay in receiving them Should show out of stock items before ordering Needed them urgently to complete a job but had to wait until back in stock When arrived items were fine possible think P P a little expensive for small items sent

Wrong item sent

Rapid despatch of my order Received it the next day but it wasn t my item Rang to inform Bathroom Spare Parts Fairly abrupt response from person at end of phone No apology for mistake I was just told to send a photo of what I had received The correct item was sent the same day and I received it the next day So good service but felt I had been treated quite abruptly

Delivery delay

Ordered item Received emails saying it was being dispatched But a week later nothing had arrived Contacted bathroom spare parts querying where my order was who subsequently sent out a tracking link - no actual response to my email or an apology for something which had obviously gone wrong When you pay 4 50 delivery for a small part you expect better
