This was the only place I could find this part for my shower screen Service was good but took about 4 days to arrive Which I put down to the post as it was despatched the next day

Easy to order and product was well packaged and did the job My only issue was the length of time it takes to get it even though it had a 48 hour delivery on it Firstly I wasn t able to choose a quicker delivery and secondly I ordered Monday despatched Tuesday and delivered Thursday Perhaps a quicker turnaround time would be most helpful Otherwise happy customer

After mcg searching I found an almost exact match for the sealing washer for my bathroom click-clack waste on Bathroom Spare Parts The alternative was to buy the complete pop-up part for more than 20 just for the sealing washer Information in the order process was also very good I did think the delivery charge was a bit high for something that fitted into a small envelope But overall very pleased with the service

Bathroom Spare parts -easy and efficient

excellent service from Grant and Tony They found what I thought was a discontinued thermostatic cartridge for my concealed shower unit They used pics I sent even tho parts of the cartridge were still left inside the housing - to correctly id the correct part- their knowledge of spares is remarkable Thanks guys

Great fast service

Great service fast delivery Only recommendation would be to look at your delivery costs when ordering small light weight part items E g I ordered a shower hair trap at 9 50 4 50 delivery When I tried adding another one delivery cost was doubled which seemed excessive given the weight of these items is less 30g and dimensions approx 6cm x 6cm x 6cm

Glad I did the research for replacement

Glad I did the research for replacement hinges instead of purchasing a completely new Heritage toilet seat Hinges are quite expensive with the cost of delivery included however it worked out at one third of the cost to replace the entire unit Had to change the screws as the ones provided were too long

Initial mix-up but soon resolved

I ordered some o-rings for a kitchen tap There was initially a mix-up over the number of o-rings per pack so I did not receive as many as I expected I contacted Bathroom Spare Parts and Grant was helpful in resolving the issue so I did end up with the correct quantity after a few days
