Was recommended by our local plumbing centre for obsolete tap disc valve cartridges for our bath tap Parts arrived in a couple of days from ordering The parts were correct and fitting them was easy it fix our dripping tap so very happy a great online company highly recommend

What an amazing efficient company this is We had a broken aerator on a very old basin tap but Tony very quickly sourced a replacement for us at a very good price Their communication with the customer is first class too Thank you so much - we highly recommend this company

Still treated like a very important customer despite my really small order

I only made two very small orders totalling less than 30 00 but still found their communications very good and their service to be fantastic Of the two items I ordered one was found to be out of stock with delayed delivery I found that I no-longer needed this item and Bathroom Spare Parts kindly cancelled this order and refunded my payment very quickly after I asked for it I will certainly use this company again and will highly recommend them to others
