Absolutely Deceitful AuctionTrading Standards need to be called on these thriving ScandalsEml Lights are being reset just before taking pics of Vehickes when car is being collected as soon as you turn Engine on the Eml light is back on dashBEWARE OF BCA CARS CARS WITH PROBLEMS ARE SOLD AS SEEN AND WARNING LIGHTS RESET PRIOR TO SALE TO DECEIVE BUYERS TO MAXIMISE SELLING PRICE YOU WILL FACE ALL SURPRISES AND MAJOR ISSUES WHEN DRIVING VEHICLES SUCH AS SMOKING ENGINES GEARS NOT CHANGING TO 2 3 4th ETC AND NOT COVERED BY THEIR BCA ASSURED REPORT WHICH IS A SCAM VERY DODGE AND DISHONEST STAFF TRAINED TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS CROOKS IS TOO NICE WORD TO DESCRIBE THEM

Just experienced a shocking vehicle inspection from these people Turned up 20 mins late and took over an hour to inspect my vehicle These people clearly don t realise you ve a family to feed at night

Don t trust this company they demanded a large amount of money from me on a car I didn t bid on and I decided to just settle as they were threatening me with further charges if I didn t pay I will now be going to trading standards and seeking legal advise on the matter

This company are the biggest fraudsters out there Worked for them for eight days as a self employed driver quickly gave up this job after finding out I was literally working for nothing and to add insult to injury the final pay I was supposed to get wasn t paid despite many repeated attempts to get this all I get back are excuses Two months now and they still haven t paid up

Dishonest Driver

Dismal customer service don t expect much from this company Seems they treat their customers and employees badly based on the reviews Driver caused damage to our property and then had the audacity to not admit to the damage As he proceeded to drive away he then changed his mind and admitted to causing damage Even after providing clear video footage of this BCA state he acted as per company procedure So lying is part of your company procedure BCA have no integrity whatsoever in the meantime I am still sourcing a builder in the winter months to do the repair work he caused

Do not buy cars from these people its a massive scam all the reports are wrong doesen t matter if is essential or assured AVOID AVOID AVOID since COVID you can t see cars in person anymore so they scamming people online giving a essential check report that doesn t match with the vehicle

Do not trust this company if you have a lease hire car and they come to collect and inspect your vehicle I had a lease hire car from Alphabet who use this company to collect and inspect The inspection seemed fine and agreed the charges When I received the invoice they charged me extra for no reason I spent hours trying to resolve this with them and there was absolutely no help at all Criminals who should be shut down Even the staff told me that they we an unethical and corrupt company Be extremely cautious if you have any dealings with this company

Don t work for BCA

I applied to work for BCA but was unable to complete their application form They require 5 years address history I lived in Finland until 2023 There is no comment section etc to enter that address I tried telephoning their recruitment line 3 times over 2 days and held on for 20 minutes on each occasion without an answer There is no email address to send enquiries etc BCA demonstrate a complete disregard for the time and effort that applicants spend when applying to work for them Their lack of response also indicates a lack of respect communication and the total disregard hat BCA have for the employees

AVOID this company

AVOID this company is a rip off unfortunately for some people the big car companies use BCA for end of PCP contracts So you end up having to deal with them They will put extra charges on your invoice and you have to work hard to prove they re incorrect and get charges taken off And still I could not get all the charges taken off because they won t respond I should have used We buy any car instead I d be better off and for the hassle and stress they ve caused me
