Fantastic customer service

My partner and I bought a large African Fig plant in a beautiful oyster pot for our new home The buying shipping and quality of the items was all great and really smooth Unfortunately though our plant started to shed heavily so we got in touch with the customer help team Shannon B was the one dealing with our case and she was exceptional Extremely helpful responsive professional and even was able to show humour in response to our bad jokes If she hasn t had a raise yet we recommend now is the time After a few emails back and forth trying to walk us through how to possibly help the plant get used to it s new home still in progress she has very kindly shipped over a replacement plant at no extra cost whatsoever as the first one was showing no signs of recovery Thank you Shannon for the great service and help The new plant has settled in perfectly and looks absolutely perfect All in all a fantastic experience and we will be back for some more plants in the future Thank you to Shannon and the whole team for the great experience

By far the best

In my experience this is by far the best company for buying plants I ve had the chance to order from several different sellers but Beards Daisies excels Great packaging fast delivery and fantastic customer service Would highly recommend it
