Having used beauty flash for many years

Having used beauty flash for many years I don t think they are the same as they used to be Last 2 orders I ve ordered in enough time and was to take away on overseas trips both late and had to buy over the counter on day I was leaving so ended up with 2 lots of stuff After the first time I thought maybe just a one off but second time Will buy my dermalogica stuff elsewhere now What a shame as I raved about beauty flash for years but having looked at other reviews I m not the only one

Really disappointed with the Beauty

Really disappointed with the Beauty Falsh dermalogica Beauty Box I ve been receiving this for a number if years and it has got more disappointing each time Even during covid the box had great products and a good number of items Today I received my box which had a full size item worth the price of the box and 3 small items The box is very samey too The large items tend to be the same throught the year Really disappointed

Still waiting nearly 3 weeks after my order No delivery E-mailed only to be told twice they will follow up and I have to wait Request to escalate to customer service manager ignored - I suspect this may not be a properly run professional organisation Edited to add - finally I have been told a refund is being processed I recommend this company review their policy on what action to take when they have a problem with the courier and also maybe make the reply templates a bit less condescending it s not great being told you appreciate my patience while the company does nothing The customer should not be left hanging for weeks if they do not resolve with the courier within a short timeframe a refund or replacement should be processed Other companies are much better in this regard

Damaged Pureology products

Ordered a Pureology Shampoo and Conditioner duo and the conditioner bottle arrived super scratched and dented It s a Christmas gift for my sister and I can t give it to her in this condition Emailed customer service and have been ghosted

I have just taken delivery of 2 Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops to give as Christmas presents The top of one where you pump out the serum was broken off so very disappointed No answer from the customer service number so sent an e mail If the matter is not resolved then I will not use them again Such a pain at this time of year

The product had the appearance of old stock or potentially returned goods The box was damaged with witness marks on the product In their favour the return process is free at least
