unsatisfied about the customer service

I am not satisfied with the customer service at all They never responded to my questions I feel totally ignored after i ve asked for the status of my order No information about the status updates either so what s the meaning of creating an account anwyway when you don t provide support and updates Gladly the product arrived after 10 days but will never order here again This is not the way how you treat customers

Although the goods arrived as ordered

Although the goods arrived as ordered two items were not properly sealed One had opened and spilled in the box More frustratingly I contacted customer service almost immediately and nobody has responded at all

Disappointed regular customer

My order arrived with one item missing Having contacted Beauty Flash and had an initial response I am still awaiting a resolution At the moment I ve paid a lot of money for an item I do not have As a regular customer this is the first time I have had an issue but I am very disappointed with the lack of a quick resolution

Update 2nd day now still no one answering the phones really concerned as my order cost me 106 00 Help ordered Ghd Max Straighteners from this company They took my payment and promised prompt delivery I have bring waiting now over 2 weeks still no sign of delivery tracking number The customer service number is given but no one answers no matter how many times I try I desperately need this gift to be delivered in time for Christmas Please help anyone

The outside of the package was very grubby indeed Looked as though it had been pulled out of a disused cupboard Had to clean it thoroughly before I could use it This is very basic stuff - hence my disappointment

A costly mistake

My complaint still pending only received its been escalated and nothing after that however they were quick to ask to about their service Received your delayed response and just to add to say its a costly mistake and I will not order anything further

One item from my order has a missing

One item from my order has a missing piece looking at other reviews nobody else mentions this so I am hoping this is an oversight while being packed However I messaged with photos within 5 minutes of the delivery and over 24 hours later I have had no reply This is needed for a birthday gift and I am stuck The box also has a small tear as if somebody had pulled the missing item out

Delivered the wrong product and then I have to go through the rigmoral of returning it waiting for a refund Why not send the correct product and arrange collection of the incorrect one
