Unfortunately on this occasion you were not excellent as usual I ordered two hairspray s one was perfect the other can was dented and the top tapped up as the cap was missing

Items were packed carefully and arrived in good condition The delivery took longer than the previous company who used to deliver the next day However it took only a couple of days for them to arrive

Nicely packaged but wrong item sent Very helpful but the return process very lengthy If it is your mistake I should be refunded or replaced without having to send anything back

Update - replacement received today thank you A shame it took 3 weeks but got there in the end Evri apparently still attempting to deliver the original parcel according to the tracking The response below is total rubbish since I have been bombarding the company with emails on a daily basis and replied immediately to every useless response telling me Evri is delivering today They never do and it s been 2 weeks now Evri told me the parcel was in the locker but it wasn t They said they delivered it again 2 days later but didn t send me a locker code At the same time they wrote to me saying the parcel was lost and I should request a replacement or refund However now Evri advise me they are delivering to the locker a 3rd time I have been messaging Beauty Flash throughout and got no help It is impossible to get a sensible reply or to speak to anyone either at Beauty Flash or Evri Been waiting ages getting nowhere

The product as good as ever but the packing wasn t good The lids were both off as the tape to secure didn t reach from the lid to the canister One canister was dented The cardboard packaging was battered Delivery was exceptionally fast for EVRI

This company has seriously gone downhill since I used them back in 2008-2012 I am shocked at reading the reviews I ordered from them recently and over a week later my product is still being processed I am worried I have lost the 50 for the Dermalogica product I have purchased I have tried ringing and emailing to no avail Be warned I think they may have gone bust UPDATE I received my order a few days after posting the original review Perhaps Covid has affected their staff numbers I m hoping they get back to their old level of reliability soon

I waited a week with my order still showing as processing so called customer service Was on hold for over an hour moving from Customer Number 3 to Customer Number 4 I left a message via the website and got a response within the hour telling me my order had been despatched Only giving Beauty Flash 3 Stars for now but will up it to a 4 if I get my products - undamaged - in the next few days

I am still awaiting my order from 5th Dec says its at Evri depot delayed No update since Am conteplating a Section 75 claim if I do not receive it by 19th dec Can t speak to anyone at Beauty Flash just want emails And who is Gorgeous shop wouldn t have placed my order if knew going to shop with another company Just want my order21st DecHave now received a refund from Beauty Flash promptly after them informing me my order has been lost and have found their customer service responsive to my emails and polite I only hope that they use another courier

Service is good Reliable Waiting to hear how they will process a damaged product and hopeful The reason for this post is to warn people that the current Dermalogica offer of 30 minute treatment voucher worth 50 is useless On contacting my nearest stockists ALL 3 of them said NO they will not accept the voucher It was free but question for Dermalogica why offer something that just does not exist

Prices are fab but packaging was awful My last order had over 100 of dermalogica products which were put a large envelope including a 100ml special cleansing gel - it was open when it arrived by post Thankfully only a sample was missing Use a bit of wit when it comes to packaging -in this case a box would have been more appropriate You would be 5 star if it wasn t for this
