Product seems good

Product seems good not overpowered but then I bought it because ity s light to push so you expect a certain loss of power It seems well manufactured apart from one teeny problem As it was being clipped to the base unit a part of the plastic housing cracked off I tried to glue it back on but it won t go So far I have been unable to contact customer services Email gets rejected as no such inbox webchat sits on the same number 5 in the queue for 30 mins plus until I gave up I don t want to call as I want to show them a picture of what happened I hope to get it sorted eventually though That s why I m only knocking 1 star off because the ability of the product should not be rated by lack of customer service

Wrong manual right product number

The instruction manual that came with the appliance doesn t match with the freezer I think the freezer must have been updated but the manual has not so I cant check if it s working right

The cooker itself is fine but the oven is a nightmare to fire up and has to be lit with a match as the igniter doesn t seem to work

Our freezer broke Christmas Eve so this a replacement like the fact it can be sited in an outhouse and is a frost free unit Only down side I think there is no power light or warning light to see

Unfortunately the appliance was faulty the engineer arrived on day agreed called before hand so we knew he was on the way and quickly diagnose the issaue We have ended up returning the item but the customer service of Beko was good and it was easy to arrange an appointment

This has replaced my old fridge freezer

This has replaced my old fridge freezer in the garage and is working great Lots of storage space although the capacity of the lower shelving in the fridge is reduced in order to accommodate the depth of the door shelves

Competitive price value for money Great fridge freezer Quickly installed Defrosts well automatically which was why my previous one was failing If I have one criticism the door holders do not seem very robust and are not easy to slide on after removing for cleaning

Great machine with easy to clean filters A little noisier than I had hoped but not excessive I like the way it gently turns periodically if items not taken out immediately as it finishes to prevent creasing
