Stay away from Berkenbosch Mode

In short the website is deceptive and the company is a scam Stay away from them Goods arrived 1 month late Customer service emails are generic and unhelpful Now that I have the clothes they are TERRIBLE quality nothing like the images on the site One dress is a very different colour to what I expected I bought 10 items for EUR 250 and I would only possibly keep 1 dress although the quality is not great but it s okay for wearing at home All others items I would return but am hesitant because of everyone else s feedback on their experience with returns If they give a voucher I definitely won t want to use it on any other junk they have - I ll rather try to sell to a 2nd hand store and recover maybe EUR 50 if I m lucky Since having issues with Berkenbosch I read the terms on their site and they are ridiculous Had I been more diligent before purchasing I never would have agreed Lesson learned

Please DO NOT buy form Berkenbosch mode They are fraudulent They scam so many people I m so disappointed and frustrated that I bought from them The reviews on here are all accurate 1 You cannot return anything Their website says easy return That s not true I ve struggled for days already First they offer 20 discount to buy again Then they tell you it s 30 Euros return to China and you have to buy from them again and use the discount Then they have a policy that doesn t allow return of items over 40Euros 2 Items come from China Low quality and doesn t look like the photos on the website 3 Delivery takes super long Despite them advertising on their website next day delivery 4 Zero customer service If you have a problem you will not be helped

If I could give no stars I would Website said delivery in 2-3 days Purchased dress for a holiday 1 week later Dress actually took almost 3 weeks to arrive After a few days when I realised it was coming from China and there is no physical place in Amsterdam I asked to cancel the item There is no way to cancel on the website The company said it was already sent and could not be cancelled This was untrue as I received a message with tracking to show it was sent one week later The dress is bad quality and also purple instead of the red colour I ordered

Worst online shop to order from Please avoid at all costs They do not deliver on time Quality is bad and nothing like on the website They send you poor quality items from China Returns are not easy at all Plus they refusing to take the return I now need to pay 30 EUROs to send a dress back to China while I thought I ordered from Berkenbosh Amsterdam Avoid this shop at all cost

No returns communication incredibly frustrating

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company Initially they responded to my return request and asked for photo proof which I promptly provided However since then I have been completely ignored I have sent five follow-up emails and haven t received a single response after the initial contact To make matters worse the telephone number provided is not connected leaving me with no other way to get in touch with them This has been an ongoing issue with no resolution in sight It s clear that they have no intention of providing any customer service once they ve made the sale I am extremely disappointed with how this company treats its customers and would strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase here If anything goes wrong don t expect any help from them

I bought a product and received another one in a different color fabric model and at a lower price The product was not as good as advertised on the website which was disappointing I tried to resolve the situation through their online support but they are refusing to accept returns and refund my money I received an email saying that they do not accept returns of products on sale And that I would get a 25 discount on the next product This is absurd it was their mistake This company acts dishonestly and has no credibility This is a way of disrespecting consumer rights a scam

Ordered two dresses took over 2 weeks to arrive and missed the event I ordered for Tried to return both and they said because they were in the sale I couldn t return EU law states within 14 days of receipt I can return for a refund Reported them to the ACM ConsuWijzer Suggest if you are on here writing a 1 review you do the same
